How?
- Be sure to get a Fresh Stop brochure in the 4UMC office and fill out the sign-up form today!
- Fresh, local food is delivered weekly at 10:00 am to the Fresh Stop at 4UMC so everyone can pick up their order and share in the health!
- Food boxes, or shares, are offered in ONE size this year and have flexible pricing so everyone can afford to enjoy fresh, local food
- One share (enough for 1-2 people): $12/wk ($6 limited income)
- We will be able to accept cash, checks, money orders, KY EBT/Food Stamps!
- Full season shares can be purchased by paying upfront for all 20 weeks
- Week-to-week orders and pre-payment can be given to a Fresh Stop coordinator by the Sunday before pick-up
When?
- Fresh Stop will run during the growing season when farmers are harvesting their crops
- Food shares will be available June 5th through October 16th
- Shares will be available for pickup every Saturday from 10am -11am in the garden of 4UMC

- When you pick up your food you can exchange recipes and information and connect with knowledgeable neighbors about food and health
- Weekly newsletter with recipe ideas and nutritional facts about the food will also be offered
- You will be supporting local farmers, strengthening relationships in the community and improving you and your family's health!
